Isiah leads product and business operations at Ama, bringing machine learning, data science and software engineering to the way physical world compliance work actually gets done.

Before founding Ama, he built and deployed machine learning models for Fortune 500 companies including Google, Airbnb and Lyft. He has also led ecosystem restoration projects that removed 50,000+ lbs of carbon and were featured on CBS News and the American Rivers Endangered Rivers Report.

Isiah is a member of ASTM Committee E50 and serves on the E1527 task group behind the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment standard, and is certified by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association in site reconnaissance for Phase I ESAs.

Isiah holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.

Rachel brings 35+ years of environmental due diligence and site assessment experience to Ama, and sets the standard every report we draft is held to.

As CEO of Environmental Impact Services, she led 500+ Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and investigations, including UST removals and LSP services under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, helping clients close transactions with confidence.

Rachel holds a B.A. from Harvard University.

Alyanna runs assessments end to end, and carries records review, site work and findings through to the judgment calls that decide what goes in the final report.

She came to Ama from Rappel, where she built the firm’s SB 261 climate-risk advisory offering, and from ENGIE Impact, where she supported construction of Meta’s Scope 1–3 data architecture, managed Netflix’s carbon credit portfolio, and contributed to the GHG Protocol standards under both. She began her career at HSBC, helping structure $2B+ in sustainable debt on a team named Lead Manager of the Year at the 2021 Environmental Finance Bond Awards.

Alyanna holds a dual B.S. in Finance from NYU Stern and Economics from East China Normal University.

Nola runs assessments end to end, and owns the controls and data-quality review that decide whether a draft is good enough to go out.

She came from Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance sustainability practice, where she led regulatory compliance for 20+ clients across SB 253, ISSB, TCFD and CSRD, and partnered with engineers on the data pipelines feeding audit-ready reports.

Nola is certified by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association in site reconnaissance for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Nola holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Yale University.

Sumana runs assessments end to end, holding the field and documentation standard on reports that move at a very different pace than the ones she used to write.

She came to Ama from Tetra Tech, where she spent three years on EPA-funded site assessment, compliance and emergency response work, authoring Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and regulatory-grade technical reports under federal agency oversight.

Sumana is 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certified.

Sumana holds an M.A. in Climate and Society from Columbia University and a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
